Primary is built around the idea of a calmer phone. That same principle guides how we handle your information: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Primary stores your launcher configuration — the words you choose, the layout you pick, the theme and font preferences — locally on your device. This data is never sent to our servers.

If you contact us at support@primaryapp.co, we'll have your email address and whatever you share in your message. We use this only to respond to you.

What we don't do

We don't track which apps you launch. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We don't use analytics that profile you across services.

Apple Shortcuts & deep links

Primary opens other apps using Apple Shortcuts and standard iOS URL schemes. Once another app is opened, that app's own privacy policy applies — Primary is no longer involved.

Children

Primary is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users in-app.
