By downloading or using Primary, you agree to these terms. They're written plainly because they should be.

The app

Primary is a typography-first iPhone launcher. It works within the rules of iOS: it does not replace the iOS Home Screen, hide app icons automatically, or use private APIs. You may need to manually configure Apple Shortcuts or arrange your Home Screen to get the cleanest experience.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Primary on iOS devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.

No warranties

Primary is provided "as is." We do our best to make it reliable and well-designed, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with every iOS version or third-party app.

Third-party apps

Primary can launch other apps via Apple Shortcuts or URL schemes. We're not responsible for those apps, their content, or their availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primary and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of Primary after changes means you accept the new terms.
